When I decided to create our first beverage – a beverage that will help metabolise alcohol better, my choice was clear.

I wanted to bring people a better added value – higher quality than in any other drink. Big corporations with a long history don´t put quality first anymore, they have moved away from genuine craftsmanship. They use cheap ingredients, artificial sweeteners, preservatives and stabilisers. I was finding our own way – often difficult, but without any compromises. We didn´t want it to be just another regular drink, it should have its own soul. It should not only quench thirst, but also strengthen health and caress the taste buds. What is healthy and doesn´t have to taste bad by default.

I am lucky to be surrounded by amazing people – pharmacists, doctors, biochemists, practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, that helped me form my approach to life and subsequent direction in the development of our products

Simultaneously, I was inspired by, probably, the oldest book in the world, I Ching – a book of change, allegedly more than 6000 years old. It explains that everywhere around us, as well as in ourselves, balance must exist – among energies Yin and Yang, light and darkness, in all aspects of our life. I tried to thoroughly implement this ancient philosophy into our beverages. Starting with the selection of high-quality ingredients that harmonically and synergically impact our health on a biochemic level, to using high-quality mountain spring water, that doesn´t burden our organism. Above all, I avoided conventional ingredients, sweeteners, colourings and preservatives.

As early as around 500 years BC, Confucius debated:
It is important to heal a person, not a sickness.
Find the reason, not the outcome.

As numerous clinical studies have shown, it is primarily food that can heal us.
